Main Menu
|
|
This is the intial
eCAD web page. To enter the site, type your username and password in
the boxes above and click the sign-in button highlighted in yellow.

Main Menu - After Login
|
|
After being
successfully logged in the default format module, located in the upper
left highlighted in red, appears where the username and password was
entered on the previous screen. If your CAD file preference is not
currently selected change the format and click the Update CAD Format
button. When ready to proceed, click the "Production Selection"
hyperlink above or click the Begin Now button. Both are highlighted in
yellow.

Product Selection Page
|
|
The output format
drop down box on the far left allows you to choose whether you want a
component or an assembly. A component is one part file and an assembly
is multiple components in one file. This selection area is highlighted
in red. Moving right, highlighted in yellow, you will choose whether or
not you know the Lane part number of the item you are requesting. The
rightmost column, highlighted in gray, allows you to choose which
product(s) you would like to build. If an assembly is selected in the
output format drop down box on the far left, you may choose multiple
componets on the right. When you are ready to proceed, click the
continue button at the bottom of the page.

After leaving the
product selection page, you will choose which button you would like to
configure. Click the continue button to proceed.

Button Dimesions
|
|
The button
dimension page is where all critical dimensional information is
gathered. Click the Submit button when you are ready to generate a
model of your part. You may click the question marks for help along the
way.

|
Button Model
|
|
This is the last
page in the sequence. The model you configured will appear on the page.
You can move the model by placing your mouse over the model and
clicking. To download the model in your previously selected format,
click the download model button which appears in red. After you have
downloaded the model you need to return to the product selection page by
clicking the "configure another product" or "product selection"
hyperlinks colored in yellow.
